I believe our lives are filled with initiations built specifically for our soul’s growth… and from those initiations come musings and stories of the soul. Here, I’m sharing bits of my soul’s journey for you to sometimes listen to and sometimes read, raw and real and most importantly, deeply true. May my sharing spark a connection in you with your own soul stories.
what will my children learn?
I want to measure my life in one simple way: by being intentional about the legacy I leave for my children.
I want them to see the way I live, the way I love, the choices I make and know that I am willing to take risks, to go to my depths, to express myself fully, to honor my deepest desires even when they made other people I love uncomfortable.
I reclaim this body
I reclaim this body. Every inch of her. Even the parts I avoid looking at in the mirror, the parts I don’t want you to notice. I reclaim her beauty, her power, her wisdom.
