How It Works:

In a soul alchemy session, we focus on this inward turn… moving through rituals and using sacred tools to loosen your attachment to your busy mind and all your to-do list items, so you can fully release into the present moment and moving from the rushing, forward moment our culture expects to a slowing down, even a stillness.

We reconnect with being instead of doing, moving out of our minds and into our bodies. 

It is only when we come fully present to the moment and feel reconnected with our bodies that we can access our soul knowing. And it is in this place that we can begin to reconnect to this ancient way of listening. 

See, I believe we already have all of the answers within us.

And, unlike traditional meditation where the goal is staying empty, the goal here is to become a clear vessel for your soul voice to speak through you. So, not only do you listen in a new way, but you SPEAK THE WORDS your soul is longing to share with you.

This may not make any sense to you “mind” and I encourage you not to get too wrapped up in fully understanding it. Instead, place a hand on your heart, and take a deep breath. Sit in the silence and see how this invitation feels in your body.

  • All you need to do is arrive open to the experience. I’ll use ancient tools, many of which you’ll be familiar with like anointing and meditation, and some you may not have experienced before but they may feel like a deep remembrance.

    You will be met exactly where you are on your soul journey and we will discover together how to reconnect to your soul voice.

  • For thousands of years women used these tools to journey deeper inward, often in groups but also one on one. The sacred tools were taught to women who spent their lives honing their gifts and offering them to the community. These women were called sacred ceremonialists or priestesses.

    My sacred lineage includes training in the 13 Moon Mystery School and the Rosa Mystica Mystery School.
