How do we do it?
I’m deeply trained in the “higher education” of sacred ceremony created specifically to facilitate transformation.
I’ve trained in ancient tools, sacred technology & energetic frequencies used thousands of years ago in ceremony by our ancestors. These sacred feminine tools are a way to drop out of our busy lives, our thinking minds, and set aside our personalities to slow down and turn inward. When we are empty and fully present, with all the noise gone, we can drop into our bodies, and actually meet our truest, most authentic selves. This is where the magic happens.
It’s simple, but not easy. It requires practice and patience, reprogramming us from constantly looking outward for answers & approval, to turning inward and listening. The result is women becoming deeply rooted in who they are & what they want, and it is glorious to witness.
I do this work because my own journey inward through these tools & technologies profoundly shifted the way I love, live & relate to others... even how I experience the world around me & I'm on a mission to wake more women up to what’s possible.
Ultimately, I want to live in a world where women are vibrantly alive & present in their lives, deeply connected to what matters most to them, and know how to create a life where they are fully empowered and deeply satisfied. It’s time to remember.
My journey
When I started my journey into the sacred feminine I was lost, I didn't know who I was or what I wanted, and I felt like a caged animal in my life. I was lonely and overwhelmed by motherhood, partnership and life as I was doing it. I knew there had to be a more beautiful version, but had no idea how to access it.
My big breakthrough came once I found a mentor in the lineage I now guide others in, which is devoted to transformation & radical responsibility. During the first year I really committed to being in these sacred ceremonies every month. Honestly, when I signed up I didn’t even fully understand what I was signing up for but as soon as I committed to showing up fully to every ceremony, I had a deep remembrance, like I was being called home through these experiences.
I worked both in larger gatherings and 1:1 with my mentor, and I believe it was the powerful level of accountability that enabled me to slowly, piece by piece, remember who I was. Ultimately, this work helped me uplevel just about every area of my life and changed the way I approach every decision. It allowed me to relearn how to trust myself fully and honor all parts of me. And because of this experience I’m now committed to helping other women do the same through both group and individual mentoring… because I know a life that’s juicer than you can even imagine is possible.
Since then, I’ve been training deeply in holding ceremonial space and embodying the sacred feminine archetypes of the 13 Moon Mystery School, I’ve learned the art of sacred anointing through Rosa Mystica and the Emerald Temple, I’m a Certified Temple Guide through Priestess Presence and am an archetypal mentor in the Quintessia Mystery School.
I started my career as an NBC reporter.
I worked my way up to a top 10 market before I turned thirty, covering everything from the Olympics in Torino to a local police officer nearly losing his life in a hit and run. Then, I left news to become an entrepreneur, and started a business helping women get over heartbreak and later a second business helping women master the art of speaking on camera and on stage. I also spent a few years as a stay-at-home mom… all before becoming a sacred feminine ceremonialist & mentor.
I’ve been interviewed on the TODAY Show, in the Wall Street Journal, the New York Times, Shape Magazine and the Huffington Post. I’ve covered Presidential campaigns and stood in the middle of hurricanes with tables flying by behind me, I’ve been the keynote speaker for a room full of 500 people, and I’ve spent hours squirting a hose for my two kids to run through…and I know without a doubt that every single chapter has prepared me for the work I do today.
Since 2009 I’ve worked with women almost exclusively and I’ve noticed some patterns: most of us are unsure how to step fully into our power & create lives from there, and we’re constantly looking outward for answers instead of turning inward first. We were taught that sacrificing ourselves for our families was the ultimate act of love, but I believe it’s one of the worst lessons we could teach our daughters. I believe, instead we have an opportunity to show the next generation what it looks like to not accept a life that keeps you numb, bored and depleted, but to create one that requires you to be awake, fully expanded & powerful, living in integrity & taking radical responsibility for your choices.
